Hydraulic e brake kit2/12/2024 ![]() Factory system may require ABS or pressure bleeding is substantial amounts of fluid are lost during installation. Bleed system using the highest bleeder valves and start with the farthest valve. Use included adapters and lines to mount factory replacement caliper to factory brake system. Route plumbing to tee joint and route single line to master cylinder handle. Safety wire hardware is optional and used to protect against back out. The GKTECH Z33/Z34/G35/G37 SS braided hydraulic e-brake line kit is designed to be used with OEM Z33/Z34/G35/G37 Brembo or non-Brembo calipers including Akebono, when setting up our standalone dual caliper hydraulic e-brake kit.These lines go all the way from any selected master cylinder with a 3/8-24 thread to the rear calipers. Verify caliper is concentric and pads contact rotor correctly. Mount Wilwood calipers with 2 3/8" bolts and torque to 35-ft-lbs. Mount OE rotor and caliper and torque to factory specs. Torque M10x1.25 cap screw to 1/4" turn past flush since torque wrench will not fit here. Thread in 2x M10x1.25 flange bolr and M10 washer into thread spindle hole. Thread in 2 M10 shoulder bolts with Belleville washers into welded nuts from the backside, keep loose. Once removed all surfaces should be cleaned on 3 mounting holes that are used. Removal of all rear drum hardware and dust shield is required. Includes all lines and fittings, adapters and connections to go all the way to a front of the vehicle where the hydro handle mounts in teh center console area.Allows for removal of stock calipers and pads.Safety wire fasteners and standard bolts are included to suit customer preference. All caliper mounting hardware included.Shoulder bolt spindle mounting for highest shear resistance possible and precise locating.Positioned with plenty of clearance for brake line exit and routing away from moving components.4-point mount to spindle assures planar stability under load. ![]() 3/8" Steel laser-cut bracket with thread nuts TIG welded in allowing blind mounting.Trimming of one location of the factory brake mount is required for installation of the second caliper This is a bolt on kit for the IS300 and Gen2 GS SC430 to remove the drum parking brake and replace it with all hardware and plumbing required. ![]() This kit takes our Single Hydro E-brake kit and expands it to add another set of Wilwood calipers to replace the small factory calipers.
